Dough for pancakes:
- 350-400 ml milk
- 150-200 gr flour
- 250 ml of pure water
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- half a tsp salt
Cream for pancake cake:
- 250 gr boiled condensed milk
- 250 gr sour cream 20-30%
- 2-3 tbsp. Sahara
+ nuts / fruits / berries for decoration
The recipe for cooking at home
- Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and beat with a fork or whisk until smooth. Then pour in warm milk and beat again. Sift flour and knead the dough until smooth. Stir the dough with a spoon, pour water into it.
- Pour the vegetable oil into the pancake dough and stir. Grease the pan with half a tsp. vegetable oil and put on fire. Pour approximately half of the ladle of dough into a hot pan and evenly distribute it on the surface.
- Fry the pancake until brown on both sides (1-2 minutes on each side). Transfer the finished pancake to a dish and leave to cool. Meanwhile, fry the pancakes from the remaining dough and stack them in a stack on the first pancake.
- Prepare the filling for pancake cake with condensed milk. Combine sour cream with sugar and grind with a fork. Leave the cream on the prau minutes and stir again until the sugar dissolves.
- Fold the pancake cake this way: put the cooled pancake on the dish, grease it with boiled condensed milk. Cover with a second pancake and grease it with sour cream. Cover with a third pancake, grease with boiled condensed milk.
- Thus, stack all the pancakes in a pile, lubricating them alternately with sour cream with sugar and condensed milk. The surface and sides can be greased with a mixture of the remaining sour cream and condensed milk.
- Pancake cake with condensed milk should be infused in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Peel the nuts, cut into small pieces and fry in a dry pan until a pleasant aroma appears. Sort fruits and berries, rinse and cut into small pieces.
- Remove the dessert from the refrigerator, sprinkle it with nuts / fruits / berries and cut into portions. Have a nice tea party!
