Dough for pancakes:

  • 350-400 ml milk
  • 150-200 gr flour
  • 250 ml of pure water
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • half a tsp salt

Cream for pancake cake:

  • 250 gr boiled condensed milk
  • 250 gr sour cream 20-30%
  • 2-3 tbsp. Sahara

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and beat with a fork or whisk until smooth. Then pour in warm milk and beat again. Sift flour and knead the dough until smooth. Stir the dough with a spoon, pour water into it.
  2. Pour the vegetable oil into the pancake dough and stir. Grease the pan with half a tsp. vegetable oil and put on fire. Pour approximately half of the ladle of dough into a hot pan and evenly distribute it on the surface.
  3. Fry the pancake until brown on both sides (1-2 minutes on each side). Transfer the finished pancake to a dish and leave to cool. Meanwhile, fry the pancakes from the remaining dough and stack them in a stack on the first pancake.
