- To prepare the filling, peel the onion from the husk and cut into half rings.
- Mushrooms, washed in running water, cut mushrooms into thin slices and fry until half cooked with onions.
- Smoked sausage peeled and cut into thin circles. The washed tomatoes are cut into thin circles. Grind hard cheese with a grater.
- Roll out the dough into a thin layer, transfer to a baking dish. We cut off all excess with a knife.
- Grease the top of the pizza base with tomato sauce. Spread the whole filling evenly on top, immediately goes smoked sausage, then fried mushrooms with onions, tomato slices.
